• This is not a party house and is located in a beautiful Tempe neighborhood where we respect our amazing neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and will be strictly enforced. Absolutely no loud parties will be tolerated.
• We keep the electric pool heater at 83 degrees during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. You must keep the pool cover on at all times when not in use or we can not maintain the temperature.
• No Lifeguard On Duty. Guests assume all liability for pool use. The pool is not fenced in - Double-latched doors.
